Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase
you can return your item within 14 days for
CREDIT ONLY.
The piece must be returned in it’s packaging and in perfect condition.
Please send an email to
relics@alixbluh.com and request a return authorization number (RMA#).

The return authorization is very important, a returned item without it will NOT be accepted.

Refund credits do NOT include initial shipping costs.
It is strongly suggested to ship through UPS and all shipments should be insured for the full retail value. This protects you. If the item does not reach Alix Bluh  Modern

Relics you will not be given Exchange credit.

Claims:
Any claims sighting error in billing, jewelry damage or the like must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Date will be noted by the email our office receives of such claims.

Orders will be shipped through UPS. Please note the time line that you wish to receive your order.

Shipping/Handling charges are as follows for all orders:

  • sale up to $500   —  $11.00 UPS Ground
  • sale from $500 up to $1,500. –$ 23.00  UPS Ground

Taxes:
All orders that ship within California are subject to an 9.50% sales tax.

Customers Outside the United States:
Customs, Taxes and Duties placed by your country of origin are to be paid by you.

Sizing:
It is important to know the right size of rings and bracelets before ordering. If it is a gift and you do not know we are happy to make any adjustments necessary after the gift is received to assure a proper fit.
As for necklaces the length will be a choice of either
16”, 17”, 18” or 20”
Custom necklace sizes are also available.
